The WAIM – Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Management is an annual academic event dedicated to exploring the intersection between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Management. Since its first edition in 2019, WAIM has provided a platform for researchers, practitioners, and students to discuss how AI technologies transform organizations, decision-making processes, business models, and managerial practices.
The workshop promotes interdisciplinary dialogue, bringing together perspectives from information systems, data science, strategy, operations, marketing, human resources, and innovation management. Over the years, WAIM has addressed topics such as machine learning applications in business, AI-driven analytics, digital transformation, ethical implications of AI, automation, and the future of work.
Through its successive editions, WAIM has strengthened its role as a forum for advancing research and practical insights on how Artificial Intelligence reshapes management theory and practice in an increasingly digital world.
